Three steps in Chrome

A website isn’t allowed to change this by itself. Pick your browser:

  1. Search once from our home page

Open searchfor.org and search once from the home page. Chrome then adds Searchfor to its list. Done that already? Go on to step 2.

Search for vegan lasagne – Open the searchfor.org home page
  2. Open the search settings

Paste this address into the address bar. A link isn’t allowed to open it.

    chrome://settings/searchEngines?searchSubpage=searchfor
  3. Make Searchfor the default

Under “Inactive shortcuts”, open ⋮ next to Searchfor (searchfor.org) and choose “Make default”.

Changed your mind? Choose another search engine in the same place, any time.
